Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Freelance Software Tester to join our team for a 4-month project. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our web and app projects by identifying bugs, reporting issues, and working closely with developers and project managers.

Execute test cases (manual and/or automated) to ensure software quality
Identify, document, and track bugs in collaboration with the development team
Perform regression, functional, usability, cross-browser, cross-device, and UI visual appearance testing across various screen sizes.
Review requirements and specifications to provide timely feedback
Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects
Suggest improvements to enhance product performance and user experience

Your profile

Experience in software testing (manual testing required, automation is a plus)
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, or similar)
Ability to test across multiple browsers, operating systems, and devices
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English (Thai language is a plus)
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
Background in web or mobile application development
